We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You have not completed more than 25% of the assessment
• You have not attended any one-on-one consultation sessions
• You are not satisfied with the initial program materials

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be available in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from accessing services for more than 48 hours
• Service Quality: If consultation sessions do not meet our published quality standards

4. No Refund Situations
